While searching for more information on some Solari split-flap displays I recently acquired, I found some fun solar gadgets (solari apparently being the Italian word for solar).

A nifty looking solar purse decorated with solar cells, that can charge cell phones and the like (it has an internal battery, so it can charge your stuff even when it's not in the sun).

Roll-up flexible solar sheet with amorphous solar cells that, while less efficient crystalline cells, are cheaper, flexible, and can produce useful output in low light.

And this cute little solar car.

When I was a lil one, ( I had a King Zor toy ) It was a neat toy. I liked it.

I don't have it any more.

However, I could buy one like it on eBay.
